TiO2/AC复合催化剂光催化降解布洛芬

摘    要:以钛酸丁酯为钛源、粉末活性炭为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了活性炭负载型二氧化钛(TiO2/AC)复合催化剂,并运用XRD和FE-SEM技术对其进行了表征。在紫外光条件下,研究了TiO2/AC光催化降解布洛芬的影响因素。研究结果表明:布洛芬质量浓度为40 mg/L时,在室温、焙烧温度500 ℃、TiO2/AC催化剂加入量2.0 g/L、溶液pH 3.0的最佳条件下,光催化降解180 min时布洛芬的降解率达85.6%;阴离子Cl-和NO3-对布洛芬的降解有强烈的抑制作用;阳离子Fe2+和Cu2+及氧化性物种H2O2对布洛芬的降解均呈现两面性,随物种浓度的增加,布洛芬的降解率先增大后减小;该催化剂具有良好的稳定性,可多次重复使用而不失活。

Abstract:The activated carbon(AC) supported TiO2 photocatalyst(TiO2/AC) was prepared by sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source and powder activated carbon as carrier. The products were characterized by XRD and FE-SEM. The factors affecting the photocatalytic degradation of ibuprofen by the TiO2/AC catalyst under UV light radiation were studied. The results show that:When the ibuprofen mass concentration is 40 mg/L,the ibuprofen removal rate is 85.6% under the optimum conditions of room temperature,calcinations temperature 500 ℃,TiO2/AC catalyst dosage 2.0 g/L,solution pH 3.0 and reaction time 180 min;The anions such as Cl- and NO3- can strongly inhibit the degradation of ibuprofen;While Fe2+,Cu2+ and H2O2 show dual character on ibuprofen degradation,with the increasing of the concentrations of these substances,the ibuprofen removal rate increased first and then decreased;This photocatalyst has a good stability,and can be reused many times without inactivation.
