高压开关设备混线装配自动化产线的设计

摘    要:针对配网高压成套开关设备高品质产业化目的,研发了多规格高压开关设备混线装配检测的自动化产线。介绍了产线整体布局及柔性可重构工装、机器人装配作业岛、有轨制导车辆物流装置及工艺路线,并实施和验证了产线加工能力、装配效率和质量、工艺。验证结果表明:产线能够适应3种以上不同规格高压开关设备混线生产,不需更换或调整工装,节省生产换型时间25 min/台,比传统设计减少电机及减速机构50套左右,提升生产效率、品质的同时实现了节能效益的最大化。

Abstract:For the purpose of high-quality industrialization of high-voltage switchgear in distribution network, an automatic production line for mixed line assembly and detection of multi specification high-voltage switchgear was developed. The overall layout of the production line, flexible reconfigurable tooling, robot assembly island, rail guided vehicle logistics device and process route were introduced, and the processing capacity, assembly efficiency, quality and process of the production line were implemented and verified . The verification results show that the production line can adapt to the mixed production of more than three different specifications of high-voltage switchgear without changing or adjusting tooling, saving 25 minutes per set, reducing about 50 sets of motor and deceleration mechanism compared with traditional design, improving the production efficiency and quality, and realizing the maximization of energy-saving benefits.
