摘    要:针对银川东换流站直流滤波器避雷器击穿故障,根据实测数据与仿真结果对差动保护动作过程进行分析,找出故障原因。分析结果表明:直流滤波器高压避雷器不能满足技术协议对最小特性的要求是造成故障的主要原因;应结合实际使用的保护策略确定直流输电工程设备的绝缘水平,并将其控制在合理的范围内。

Abstract:Aiming at the breakdown fault of DC filter lightning arrester in Yinchuan EasternConverter Station,analyzes the action process of differential protection on the basis of the actualmeasure data and simulation result,find out the fault cause. The analysis result shows that:the mainreason is that arrester of DC filter can not meet the requirements of technology agreement for minimumfeature;should be combined with the actual use of protection strategy determine the insulation levelof DC power transmission engineering equipments,and control it in a reasonable range.
