摘    要:宁夏电网并网机组以火电机组为主,网内电厂一次调频投入率低,一次调频能力差, 无法满足宁夏电网安全稳定运行的要求。本文针对这一问题,通过对宁夏电网一次调频参数的模拟计算,最终得出适合宁夏电网的一次调频容量及死区的选取方法。结果表明:增加调速不等率为 4.5%以及 4%的机组参与调频的比例,可提高宁夏电网一次调频的能力。

Abstract:Ningxia power grid integrated units are mostly coal -fired units. Primary frequencyregulation of the power plant in the grid with low input and poor ability can not meet the demand ofsafe and steady operation of Ningxia power grid. Aiming at the above problems by simulatedcalculation of Ningxia power grid primary frequency regulation,obtain the suitable selective methodsof Ningxia Power Grid primary frequency regulation capacity and dead zone. The results show thatthrough adding unequal speed control rate as 4.5% and 4% units taking the proportion of frequencyregulation can improve the capability of Ningxia power grid frequency regulation.
