新型串联高电压补偿系统在中卫电网的应用

摘    要:为解决 110 kV 电网重负荷、长距离输电带来的负荷末端电压质量问题,对影响电压质量的主要原因进行分析,提出在中卫电网 110 kV 新-海线海原变电站侧线路上加装高压新型串联电压补偿系统的解决方案。应用结果表明:线路电压降导致的用户受端电压质量不合格和重负载启停时造成的电压波动问题得以根除,为宁夏高压电网、超高压电网、乃至特高压电网电压补偿系统的合理布局和优化调度奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to solve the load terminal voltage quality problems due to heavy load and longdistance transmission in110 kV power grid,analyzes the main cause of influencing voltage quality,puts forward the solution that to install new series compensation system at Haiyuan Substation side ofthe 110 kV Xin-hai transmission line in Zhongwei Power Grid. The application result shows that theline voltage drop leading to user terminal voltage quality unqualified and while heavy load start andstop resulting in voltage fluctuation were eradicated,establishes foundation for reasonable layout andoptimizing dispatch voltage compensation system of HV,EHV and even UHV Power Grid in Ningxia.
