铸造堵阀焊接修复工艺的实际应用

摘    要:为了消除电站锅炉中材质为WCB和F91 2种材料的表面裂纹缺陷,分别对2个堵阀缺陷进行挖补清除后,采用异质冷补焊、热补焊的焊接工艺,通过严格控制焊接工艺实施过程,完成了铸造堵阀的修复,消除了设备隐患,结果表明针对不同材质铸造堵阀,利用恰当的补焊工艺均可消除表面裂纹缺陷。

Abstract:In order to eliminate the surface crack defects of WCB and F91 materials in utility boiler, the two plugging valve defects were repaired by heterogeneous cold repair welding and hot repair welding. By strictly controlling the implementation process of welding process, the repair of casting plug valve was completed, and the hidden danger of equipment was eliminated. The results show that the appropriate repair welding is used for different material casting plug valve. The surface crack can be eliminated by the process.
