发电机定子冷却水水质超标事故分析

摘    要:针对六盘山热电厂1号机组发电机定子冷却水水质超标事件,进行原因分析,制定相应的防范及整改措施。分析结果表明:造成此次定子冷却水水质超标事件的主要原因为城市中水水质超标,导致水处理系统酸碱使用量增加,碱液储量不足,除盐系统失效,最终使定子冷却水水质无法控制,造成超标。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of cooling water quality over standard of generator stator in unit 1of Liupanshan Thermal Power Plant, analyzes the case of fault and reasones out a solution to the prob?lem. The analysis result shows that the water quality of urban treated water is over standard, bringingon acid and alkali dosage increase in water treatment system, because of the reserves of alkali liquid isless, resulting in the desalting system invalidation, finally the water quality beyond control, comes in?to being cooling water quality over standard.
