摘    要:振动碎石挤密桩是软基处理中常用的一种有效形式,在建设施工中虽被广泛采用,但其施工却因地质情况复杂而造成施工难度大,质量不易控制。本文以 750 kV 白银—黄河域回输电线路基础工程中振动碎石挤密桩的检测为例,通过单桩复合地基静载荷试验、标准贯入试验、 重型圆锥动力触探试验,对振动碎石挤密桩处理软土地基施工工艺及质量进行控制。结果表明: 振动碎石挤密桩施工质量控制关键是施工过程控制,对振动碎石挤密桩施工进行质量检测,可确保施工质量满足设计要求。

Abstract:The vibration crushed-stone columns is a efficient form in reinforcing soft foundation, which is widely used in construction,but the complex geological situation caused the constructionhard and the quality cannot be controlled. This paper takes the vibration crushed-stone columnsdetection in foundation project of 750 kV Baiyin to Huanghe double loop transmission lines as anexample,through static load test of single pile foundation load,standard penetration test,heavycone dynamic penetration test, controls the construction technology and quality of vibrationcrushed -stone columns reinforcing soft foundation. The result shows that the cnstruction qualitycontrol key of vibration crushed-stone columns is construction process control,detection method ofvibration crushed-stone columns construction quality can ensure the construction quality to meet thedemand of the design.
