超临界四角切圆锅炉冷态空气动力场试验研究

摘    要:为了解炉膛内部及燃烧器热态运行时的气流的混合和流动特性,以宁夏某电厂 660MW 超临界四角切圆燃烧锅炉为研究对象,进行锅炉冷态空气动力场试验。试验内容包括:冷态一次风调平、二次风风门挡板调节特性试验和炉内冷态空气动力场速度场测量及示踪。试验结果表明:各层燃烧器喷口风速均匀一致,气流形成切圆后火焰在炉膛内有良好的充满度,火焰的中心位于炉膛中央,无偏斜。试验结果为机组的热态运行和燃烧调整提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:In order to understand the mixing and flow characteristics of airflow inside the furnaceand around the burners under the thermal state operation,taking 660 MW supercritical 4 tangentialfiring boiler of a power plant in Ningxia as the research object,makes the boiler cold stateaerodynamic field test including cold primary air leveling,characteristic test of secondary air inletdamper control,measuring and tracing for the cold aerodynamic field and velocity field inside thefurnace. The test result shows that the wind speed of each layer burner nozzle is uniform,flame isfull of furnace after air flow formed tangential,the center of the flame is in the centre of the furnacewithout decline. The test provides the reliable referrence for the thermal state operation andcombustion regulating of the units.
