摘    要:针对凝结水泵电机变频改造后振动大的问题,进行测试分析及处理,通过动平衡及增强电机机壳刚度的方法,消除了振动。结果表明:凝结水泵振动是由于轴系的连接方式导致轴系刚性降低并发生共振导致的。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of big vibration for frequency conversion motor after the conden?sate pump rebuild, tests and analyzes the vibration, through the way of dynamic balancing and increas?ing rigidity of the shell of motor, eliminates the vibration. The result shows that the causation of con?densate pump vibration is due to the connection way leading to the shafting rigidity decrease and hap?pen resonance.
