摘    要:针对某电厂 6 号汽轮机出现的超速事故进行了分析,找出了原因并提出了改进措施。 分析结果表明:中压调门阀套和阀筒之间产生的高温氧化皮,影响调门不能正常自动关闭是汽轮机超速事故的主要原因。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of No.6 steam turbine over speed in a power plant,analyzes theaccident and finds out the reason. The analysis result shows that high temperature oxidiztion skinproduced between intermediate pressure regulating valve bush and valve cylinder to influence theregulating valve automatic close is the main reason of the steam turbine over speed.
