摘    要:通过对110 kV并列运行双回线和双电源环网线路负荷侧保护在线路对侧母线出线故障时误动事例的分析,从改变运行接线方式、提高线路主保护配置及退出后备段保护3个方面提出解决措施,从而简化了负荷侧保护的整定配合及投退方案,提高了可靠性。结果表明:110 kV线路配置光差保护,强化主保护功能,是电网多方式安全运行的必要保障。

Abstract:Analyzes the example of 110 kV parallel operation two-way transmission line and dualpower loop network load side protection misoperation when opposite side bus-bar outlet fault, putsforward the solution measures from three aspects: to change the mode of the operation connection, toenhance the main protection configuration of the transmission line and to exit the back-up protection,consequently simplifies the load-side protection setting matching and the switching scheme and increases reliability. The result shows that fiber differential protection allocated on 110 kV trans? mission line may strengthen main protection function, which is the necessary guarantee for multimodeoperation of the power network.
