摘    要:为保证电网的安全稳定运行,需对电网运行状态进行高精度、高可靠性的监测。本文提出利用北斗/GPS双系统为监测装置授时,弥补当前同步相量监测系统中使用GPS作为唯一同步时钟源而存在的风险性和不可依赖性。北斗的短报文功能作为系统的通讯方式,特别适用于偏远地区电网的实时监控。应用结果表明:该系统实现了对电网状态数据的实时采集、传送、处理,便于及时对电网出现的一些问题做出相应的调整和维护。

Abstract:To ensure the power system operates more safely and stably, it is needed to monitor thestates of power grid more precisely and reliably. this paper proposes that applying BDS and GPS dualsystem working as monitoring equipments to give time to the electrical power system . the system cancompensate for the risk and unreliability resulting from the GPS as the only Time SynchronizationSource in the current Synchronized Phasor Monitor System. As a communication strategy, Short Mes?sage Function is especially suitable for timely supervision of power systems in remote areas . The re?sult shows that the system can realize the function to collect, deliver, and deal with the real-time dataof the power system. The immediate corresponding adjustments and maintenances can be taken to re?spond to the discovered problems.
