摘    要:在对黑龙江省松花江流域洪灾和生态环境现状调查基础上,分析了洪灾与生态环境破坏之间的相关因素,证明生态环境遭到破坏可加剧洪灾发生的频率与危害程度,对此提出了保护生态环境的具体措施。

Abstract:This article analyzes the correlative factors between the happening of flood damage and environmental destroy on the basis of investigating flood damage and ecosystem environment condition of the Songhua river area in Heilongjiang province, and proves that the destroyed ecosystem environment can aggravate the occurrence frequency and harm extent of flood damage, then advances definite measures to protect the ecosystem environment.
