摘    要:森林火灾的发生对森林资源造成了巨大的危害和损失,但是它的发生与气象因子的状况具有密切的关系。因此,通过对各气象因子进行监控,结合林火风险预测模型,对于及时发现森林火源并进行科学决策具有重要意义。项目对GIS、RS、GPS及GPRS等技术进行集成,研制开发了基于ArcEngine开发组件的森林防火气象因子监测系统,通过对研究区的气象因子进行监控,最终实现森林火险等级的预测预报。

Abstract:Forest fires cause a lot of damage and loss to forest resources.The causes of forest fires are closely connected with meteorological factors.So it is very reasonable to spot forest fire sources and make scientific decisions by monitoring each meteorological factor and using a forest fire risk forecast model.By integrating GIS,RS,GPS and GPRS technologies,a forest fire meteorological factor monitoring system based on ArcEngine developing components is researched and developed.The forecast of forest fire risk...
