苦味酸钾在电引火元件生产中的应用研究

摘    要:目前使用的工业电雷管的发火可靠性和一致性普遍不理想,并带来安全隐患和环境污染,原因之一是采用KClO3-C-DDNP系列引火药剂制造电引火元件.为探讨将苦味酸钾作为电引火元件引火药剂的可行性,通过理论分析和部分实验论证,对比分析了苦味酸钾引火药和DDNP引火药在热安定性、机械感度、生产和使用安全性、燃烧精度、发火可靠性和一致性、产品性能、制药废水处理等方面的差别.结果表明,在电引火元件制造中,采用苦味酸钾作为引火药剂的主要组分,在保证和控制产品质量,改善生产和使用的安全性,环境保护等方面都有明显改进,有利于提高电雷管的发火可靠性和一致性.

Abstract:This paper is aimed to introduce the authors' research on the feasibility of the application of Potassium Picrate to producing electric fuse-head.As is known,the commonly used method for producing fuse-head for the time being is to use KClO_3-C-DDNP to give simultaneous ignition of the electric detonators;however,the method brings about a lot of problems of safety and pollution.In order to solve the above problems,we have done a series of theoretical research and experiments through comparison between the DSC data and some characteristic parameters of the Potassium Picrate and DDNP,including their mechanical sensitivities,heating stabilities,manufacturing and application safety,their accuracy of combustion,reliability and simultaneous of ignition,as well as the mechanical intensity of the fuse-head and features of detonators,it has been proved that fuse-head made of Potassium Picrate is much better than KClO_3-C-DDNP with its heating stabilities,reliability and simultaneous ignition.In addition,less waste will be made to the environment,even more environment-friendly for disposal and storage.Furthermore,Potassium Picrate has lower mechanical sensitivities than DDNP,and lower cost in production,more advantageous in heating stabilities with tighter bridge wire.In addition,since charcoal is harmful for mechanical intensity and qualities of the electric fuse-head,the fist fire composition of KClO_3-C-DDNP is worse to be used to produce the electric fuse-head.Potassium Picrate has been proved advantageous over DDNP.It is more efficient for improving the reliability and simultaneous ignition of the electric detonators with greater safety in production and application.
