| Abstract: | By analyzing the purpose, key factors of pollution rights trading, this paper elaborated the working process and characteristics of pollution rights trading in Tangshan city, such as trading indicators, main transaction, transaction program, directive price, purchase quantity, the trading range, priorities and constraints, etc. Thus it can provide reference to developing pollution rights trading for the same type of cities. |
