摘    要:文章以硝基苯废水为研究对象,设计了正交实验,影响铁碳填料修复效果的参数主要有pH值、停留时间、Fe/C比,实验结果表明pH值和停留时间为显著因素,Fe/C比较为显著,并得出最佳条件。通过本实验确定的显著因素和最佳条件为硝基苯废水的处理提供了有力的理论支持和科学依据。

Abstract:The characters of nitrobenzene wastewater were summarized in the paper,such as debiodegradable,large toxic,teratogenic,mutagenic,and so on.At present,there has no better treatment at home and abroad.The main functions of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis treatment of wastewater are as follows: the actions of primary batteries and electric fields,iron redox,iron coagulation and flocculation.The nitrobenzene wastewater was studied in this paper,by means of orthogonal experiment.Parameters influencing iron-carbon remediation effect include pH value,retention time,and ferrous-carbon ratio.The result demonstrates that pH value and retention time are significant factors,while the ferrous-carbon ration is fewer significant one,and the best conditions were obtained.The significant factors and best conditions determined by the experiment provide strong theoretical support and a scientific basis for treatment of nitrobenzene wastewater.
