| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济是建设生态文明的实现途径；循环经济不仅是在发达地区能够完成，而且在经济落后地区也一样能够完成。以甘肃省为例说明发展循环经济存在的六方面问题并分析原因，进而提出政策建议，对中央政府和地方政府形成合力共同推进循环经济发展具有重要作用。

Problems and suggestions about circular economy development in Gansu province |

| Abstract: | Circular economy is the implement path for ecological civilization, which could be realized not only in developed regions, but also in backward areas. Taking Gansu province as the example, the paper demonstrated the problems and causes in 6 aspects of circular economy development, and put forward suggestions, in order to push the circular economy development with joint efforts of central and local government. |
