信息系统在环境应急机制中的支撑作用

摘    要:建立环境应急机制,要加强突发性污染事故应急监测技术支持信息系统研究,开展危险源及其化学危险品调查,编制重点危险源单位突发性环境污染事故应急预案,抓紧建立由重点危险源信息库、化学危险品信息库、污染事故预案信息库、专家支持信息库等组成的全市突发性环境污染事故应急监测技术支持信息系统,为全市突发性环境污染事故应急监测和应急处理提供技术支撑.

Abstract:To establish environmental emergency response mechanism,we must strengthen monitoring technology of unexpected pollution accidents to support information system research,carry on investigation of danger and hazardous chemicals, prepare contingency plans for sudden environmental pollution accidents of hazard units,establish emergency moniforing support systerm of sudden environmental pollution accidents, which is composed by major hazard sources database, hazardous chemicals database, sudden environmental pollution accidents preplan database and expert database. It can provide technical support for emergency moniforing and resporse of sudden environmental accidents.
