| Abstract: | The article is based on analysis of data on fuliginous pollution from coal burning.It determines the material targets and tasks in five aspects:operations on coal controlling,countermeasures for energy saving and pollution controlling,measures of smoke purifying,scheme of raw coal substitution,centralizing heating by pulling down the small boiler and building the large boiler. |
