| Abstract: | The effects of adjudication of eight nuisance cases to the development of Japanese environmental legal system were analysed, such as the change of legislation thinking, the application of legal precedent, the development of the civil responsibility principles and the perfection of environmental administration. Also its reference about the development of Japanese environmental legal system for China were discussed. |
