| 摘 要： | 分析了我国电子垃圾灾害的严重性及其防治管理中存在的问题,论证了电子垃圾灾害防治是一个系统性问题,即需要以科学发展观和可持续发展为理念,贯彻循环经济原则,需要先进技术和科学管理体系的支撑,并需要相关方面的保障.论证了如何从行政、经济、科教、法律方面,保障电子垃圾灾害防治对策的实施.

| Abstract: | The severity of electronic rubbish disaster in China and the problem existing in its management were analyzed. It was demonstrated that prevention and control of the electronic rabbish disaster were systemic problem,should take view of scientific and sustainable development,carry out cyclic economic principle,utilize support of advanced technology and management and get relative indemnification. How to ensure implementation of prevention and control of electronic rubbish disaster in respect of adminislration,economy,science and education,and law were explained. |
