摘    要:利用从农村生活污水中筛选、驯化的高效菌SHJ-1,以沸石为载体进行固定化,研究了固定化细胞的降解特性。实验表明采用菌体附着载体生长的方法来制备固定化细胞是可行的。沸石固定化细胞去除氨氮受温度、pH值、生物沸石投加量和接触时间的影响,其中温度是最显著因子。最优条件为温度30℃,pH值8,接触时间60min,生物沸石投加量15g/L,氨氮去除率为99.72%。

Abstract:Pseudomonas sp.SHJ-1 isolated and domesticated from rural domestic wastewater was immobilized on the zeolite as carrier,and its biodegradation characteristics of ammonia nitrogen were studied.Results showed that it was feasible to immobilize cells by the way of bacterium settling on the carrier.The effects of ammonia nitrogen biodegradation by immobilized cells with zeolite were affected by temperature,pH,dosage and contact time,especially temperature.Under the optimal conditions of zeolite 15g/L,temperatur...
