摘    要:从人工模拟污染土壤中的黄麻根际分离得到两株优势菌株。通过PCR技术对增强绿色荧光蛋白基因与质粒载体pTnMod Ocm进行体外重组构建新的质粒 ,并转化分离得到的优势菌株。结果表明增强绿色荧光蛋白基因在黄麻根际优势菌株中高效表达

Abstract:Two activity strains were screened from the roots of jute which grew in polluted soil. Enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) gene obtained by means of PCR was combined in vitro with the plasmid pTnMod-Ocm which contains mini-Tn5. Then the recombined plasmids pTnMod-Ocm-EGFP was transformed into Tu-1 successfully. It has been showed that EGFP gene was highly expressed in Tu-1/ pTnMod-Ocm-EGFP based on the fluorescent character.
