鄱阳湖区人地关系转变及其驱动力分析

通过综述鄱阳湖区人地关系史3个重要时期“围湖造田”、“退田还湖”及“鄱阳湖生态经济区”人类活动对湖区生态环境的影响及三者的转变过程，探讨了湖区人地关系的转变及其驱动力。结果表明“围湖造田”降低了湖泊、湿地的诸多功能（如调蓄洪水、维持生物多样性、碳汇等），促生了人地之间的紧张关系；“退田还湖”则使湖泊、湿地功能得以逐步恢复，缓和了湖区人地关系，而“鄱阳湖生态经济区”的提出与建设将产生良好的社会、经济与生态效益，把湖区人地关系推向和谐阶段。鄱阳湖区人类活动由“围湖造田”到“退田还湖”的转变是在当地人民对自然灾害的深刻反省与国家政策的双重驱动下实现的，而“鄱阳湖生态经济区”的提出与建设则是人与自然和谐相处的价值观在社会、经济发展中的体现，是当地人民主动建设生态文明和实践科学发展观的典型案例。
