棉浆粕稀黑液处理试验研究

摘    要:棉浆粕稀黑液的生化物化处理试验表明,采用驯化活性污泥法可有效地去除稀黑液中易生物降解的有机物。当稀黑液CODCr进水浓度在3000~4000mg/L范围内,CODCr负荷18~20kg/m3·d时,CODCr去除率可达60%~65%,BOD5去除率可达85%~90%。生化出水经投加适当的化学混凝剂品种和剂量进行物化处理后,CODCr可进一步去除63%~70%。

Abstract:The microbial degradation with acclimated activated sludge process was investigated to characterize the biodegradability of the cotton pulp digestion wastewater with COD Cr concentration 3 000~4 000 mg/l.The experimental results demonstrated that the biodegradability (BOD 5/COD Cr ) of the cotton pulp digestion wastewater could not be raised evidently by hydrolytic acidification.On the other hand,The aerobic process results in good removal of BOD 5 (85~90%) and COD Cr (60~65%) respectively when COD Cr load is of 1 8~2 0kg/m 3·d.And subsequently chemical precipitation results in more removal of COD Cr (63~70%) when proper chemicals are added.
