印染废水处理工程设计与运行

摘    要:根据印染废水水质特点.采用水解酸化、生物接触氧化、气浮脱色工艺处理印染废水。实际运行监测表明:出水COD,BOD,SS等各项指标均能达到GB4278--1992《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》中Ⅱ级排放标准,工程投资和运行费用较低。运行效果稳定,能广泛应用于纺织染整工业废水处理的实际工程中。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater, the hydrolytic acidification, bio-connect-oxidation, flotation decolorization processes are used to treat the printing and dyeing wastewater. The results show that COD, BOD and SS of the effluent can meet the textile and dyeing industry water pollutants discharge standard of the second grade.
