发光细菌暗变种对土地处理的工业废渣的致突变效应

摘    要:实验分离到的明亮发光杆菌暗变种T9171菌株对三种戒严废渣在土地处理前后呈现不同的致突变效应。与Ames试验结果的趋势相象,大部分工业废渣样品在土地处理衙遗传毒性降低,T9171菌株的致突为阳性应减弱或消失呈阴性,明亮发光杆菌暗变种试验比传统Ames试验检测致突变物的灵敏度高而操作简便,费用低廉,推断,工业废渣在土地处理后遗传毒性下降的主导因素可能在于其所含主要非极性有机化学物的降低,土地处理后,

Abstract:Photobacterium phosphoreum dark mutant T9171 sp.shows different mu- tagenic response to three kinds of industrial solid wastes before/after land treatment.Just like the tendency towards the results of Ames test,the largely samples of industrial solid wastes after land treatment decreased in genetic toxicity,and the positive mutagenic effect on T9171 sp.weakened or disappeared,showing negative. The detection of mutagenic matter by the photobacterium phophoreum dark mutant test was higher sensitivity,similar procedure and cheaper cost than the traditional Ames test.It was postulated that the main factor which results in the decrea se of genetic toxicity from industrial solid wastes after land treatlnent may be due to the degradation of primarily non-polar organic chemicals they contained. After land treatment, the acute toxicity of photobacteria(wild type)from three kind of industrial solid wastes also decreased,in which,no acute toxi- city was detected in two kind of wastes.
