摘    要:为了取得高效氧化亚铁硫杆菌(T.f菌),采用紫外线诱变处理,对照射1.5 min,3 min,5 min的菌株进行实验测试,结果表明,T.f3将Fe^2+完全氧化由7 d缩短为5 d,并且在较低SO3^2-浓度范围内,Fe2+浓度与SO3^2-的氧化速率呈正相关性,但当菌液浓度一定时,增加Fe2+浓度,SO3^2-的氧化速率不会明显增加。

Abstract:In order to obtain efficient Thiobacillus ferrooxidans(Tf bacteria),use the ultraviolet induced to deal with,and make experiments to the Tf bacteria which is irradiated 1.5 min,3 min,5 min by the UV.The results showed that the time of Fe2+ completely oxidized was shortened from 7 d to 5 d by T.f3,and in the lower range of SO2-3concentration,the Fe2+ concentration and SO2-3 oxidation rate is a positive correlation,however,when the concentration of bacteria is certain,increase the Fe2+ concentration,the SO2-3...
