以创建生态示范系列为载体,推进社会主义新农村进程

随着农村城镇化步伐的加快,解决农村"脏、乱、差"问题,改善农村生态环境成为今后农村环境保护工作重点,本文依据赤峰市各种典型类型农村生态环境调查成果,针对性地提出北方农村目前急需解决的主要环境问题及其它影响农村牧区环境村容村貌、人居环境以及影响居民身体健康等问题,并介绍环保系统目前推出的创建全国优美乡镇、国家级生态村活动实践以及指标体系,并给出推进农村经济与环境协调发展的几点启示。

CONSTRUCTING SERIES OF ECOLOGICAL DEMONSTRATION TO PUSH FORWARD THE PROCESS OF SOCIALIST NEW COUNTRYSIDE

According to survey results of all kinds of typical rural ecological environment of Chi Feng city,the major environmental problems of Northern countryside are pointed out.The practices and index system of constructing national beautiful town activities and national ecological village of environmental protection departments are introduced,and some enlightenments of advancing harmonious development of rural economy and environmental protection are elaborated.
