摘    要:比较了两种不同的水分胁迫方式(田间干旱迫和温室渗透胁迫)下,内生真菌感染对黑麦草叶内SOD、POD和CAT活性以及MDA含量变化的影响,结果表明,当植物未遭受水分胁迫时,感染植株叶内SOD和POD活性明显高于非感染植株,在温室渗透胁迫下,随着胁迫强度和胁迫时间的增加,感染植株叶内SOD活性明显高于非感染植株,MDA含量大大低于非感染植株,而在田间干旱胁迫下,感染植株的这种优势表现得并不明显,图2表2参23

Effect of endophyte infection on protective enzyme activities in leaves of Lolium perenne under water stress
Abstract:The effects of endophyte infection on the activities of SOD, POD and CAT, as well as on MDA contents in Lolium perenne under drought stress and osmotic stress were studied. The activities of SOD and POD of endophyte infected (EI) plants were higher than those of endophyte-free (EF) plants when there was no stress. Under osmotic stress in greenhouse, with increasing of stress duration and intensity, the activity of SOD in EI plants was higher than that in EF plants, and MDA contents in EI plants was lower than that in EF plants. The advantage of EI plants over EF plants, however, was not obvious under drought stress in the field. Fig 2, Tab 2, Ref 23
