As a new energy-saving mechanism,contract energy management is different from the traditional energy-saving new technology and product sales model.Its flexible and diverse cooperation mode provides a broad application prospect for energy-saving renovation projects.This paper discusses how to implement the energy management project of the contract for energy-saving renovation of air-conditioning for ordinary buses in railway administration group company,and puts forward the principles and methods of implementation,with a view to providing reference for the energy management of the contract for railway system development.
