| 摘 要： | 根据太阳黑子活动和长江，黄淮流域１８４０￣１９９４年历史和实测的洪水资料，推断在１９９７年及其前后，长江，黄淮流域很有可能出现一次特大的洪水。同时指出，目前长江、淮河、黄河的防洪形势不容乐观，必须及早采取对策，确保人民生命和财产的安全。

| Abstract: | In accordance with sunspot activity and historical and measured data of flood disaster at the Yangtze River ,Huang huai drainage basins since 1840,it is concluded that the Yangtze River,Huang Huai drainage basins will probably have a huge flood around 1997. It is pointed out at the same time that the present flood control situation of Yangtze River, Huai River,Yellow River is inadequate. Countermeasures must be adopted as early as possible, so that the safety of human beings and property can be protected |
