Discussion of the occupational safety health in Xuzhou

This paper outline described the circumstance and section of the occupational safety health (OSH) in Xuzhou. It is pointed out that the occupational safety health in Xuzhou city is critically. There exist the following problems such as the sufferer's treatment is not carried out,the occupation safety health inspection lags,detection and evaluation that the occupational hazard factor in work place are not reasonable etc. Through the inquisition detection,the paper thought that occupational hygiene work present 5 problems in Xuzhou city. The existing laws isn't perfect,endangering the prevention and cure work support to the occupation not enough,the cooperation of the section needs to strengthen,enforcing the law the direct strength to need to be strengthened,the business enterprise legal system realizes cool etc.. Finally,this paper put forward the way to solve these problems.
