摘    要:新组建的北京市地震局迫切需要建成一个比较完善的地震业务工作体系,首都圈防震减灾示范区系统工程建设为北京市地震工作实现"三大工作体系"带来了契机.本文重点介绍北京市防震减灾示范区系统工程中的预报、通讯、指挥、现场部分,为了提高效率、节省资金,项目组还在硬件、信息和资源共享、网络平台、虚拟专网、各系统间的联接、可持续发展等方面进行了整合.

Abstract:Earthquake Administration of Beijing Municipality is a newly established bureau. It crys for an integrated system for seismic works, and the System Engineering for Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction in the Capital Circle Area provides an opportunity to realize the three working systems?of seismic works in Beijing municipality. Here four parts, namely prediction, network, commanding, site and integration in the System Engineering for Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction of Beijing, are introduced. To raise the efficiency and save expenses, we integrated the hardware, information and resource share, network platform, virtual special network, etc., and every part of the project is reasonably united to make the system continuously developable.
