20世纪90年代长江流域经济发展过程分析

长江流域是我国20世纪90年代以来经济发展迅速的地区之一，以统计数字为基础，分析了90年代长江流域经济发展速度，上中下游发展的差别，产业结构转换及外向型经济的发展过程，研究表明，长少流域经济发展速度快于全国，在全国的地位不断上升，但增长方式以粗放方式为主，一方面是依赖于大量资金的投入，另一方面是依赖于消耗大量资源，并以牺牲部分生态环境为代价的，上中下游区域经济发展的差异不断扩大；产业结构向合理化方向发展，深层次问题不容忽视，入世后产业发展将受到严峻的考验，外向型经济得到快速发展，但外向度水平仍然较低，区域差异明显。

ANALYSIS ON THE COURSE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AROUND THE YANGTZE RIVER BASIN IN 1990''S

The Yangtze River Basin is one of the rapidly developing regions in our country since 1990s'. On the basis of statistics,the authors analyse the developing speed in the Yangtze River Basin, the difference among the upper, the middle and lower reaches as well as the developing trends of the industrial structure and foreign-oriented economy. It is showed that the status qou of the Yangtze River Basin in the country is rising and its economics is developing at the speed higher than that of the whole country in extensive way relying on the large amount of investment and the vast consuming of natural resource as well as the cost of ecological environment. The difference of economic development among the upper, middle and lower reaches is enlarging and the industrial structure is improving, however, the serious problems still remain since the industrial structure will be impacted by the entrance into WTO. The foreign-oriented economy is developing very quickly and the difference among each region is obvious.
