| 摘 要： | 分析了江苏省环境质量现状及变化趋势，探讨了江苏省“十一五”期间环境保护规划指标实现的主要影响因素．并从环境现状、趋势及相应对策措施角度分析了指标的可达性。分析结果表明，到2010年底，要全面实现江苏省的“十一五”环境保护规划指标任务非常艰巨．尤其是可吸入颗粒物指标和太湖流域水质的改善指标。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the Jiangsu provincial environmental quality status and trends, and discussed the main factors of achieving the Jiangsu provincial environmental protection targets during the "11th Five -Year Plan". From environmental status, trends and corresponding countermeasures perspective, it analyzed the indicators of accessibility.
