| 摘 要： | 如何避免高等级生物安全实验室(BSL-3实验室、BSL-4实验室)对周围外环境的潜在风险影响,已经引起了世界各国的广泛关注。本文在研究国内高等级生物安全实验室的建设现状和常见的环境风险的基础上,结合生物安全实验室布局结构和技术规范要求,重点阐述了其潜在环境风险的常见处理处置措施及风险应急预案,以期为高等级生物安全实验室的建设和风险应急体系的完善提供参考。

| Abstract: | How to avoid the potential risk from high-level biosafety laboratories(BSL-3,BSL-4) has been highly concerned by governments all over the world.Based on the study from the construction status and environmental risk of high-level biosafety laboratories in China and combined with the layout structure and technical specification requirements for biosafety laboratory,this paper expounds emphatically the treatment measures of potential risk and emergency plan so as to provide reference for the domestic construction of high-level biosafety laboratories and the improvement of risk emergency system. |
