武汉地铁越江隧道施工风险分析与控制

摘    要:本文基于武汉市地铁二号线越江隧道工程周边地质环境条件和工程特点,采用灾害风险评估矩阵法(R=P×C)结合专家调查法对该隧道盾构掘进段施工可能存在的风险进行了分析和评价,评定出盾构进出洞、开挖面失稳等6个风险因素的风险等级以及对工程安全的影响程度,并根据评估结果提出了相应的风险对策和风险控制措施,以降低和控制盾构掘进段的施工风险.该研究可为类似工程提供借鉴及参考.

Abstract:Based on the geological conditions,surrounding environment and engineering characteristics of the river-crossing tunnel project,Line 2 of Wuhan Subway,this paper analyses the potential risks of construction in the shield driving period,and researches the risk level of six risk factors such as shied driving-in and driving-out and excavation face instability as well as their effects on the safety of the project by means of disaster risk evaluation matrix method(R=P×C) and expert investigation method.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the risks so as to reduce and control the risk of construction in the shield driving period on the basis of the analytical results.The study can provide the reference to similar projects.
