| 摘 要： | 本文从产业安全的角度论述了煤炭产业安全的内涵及其重要性,总结了我国在煤炭产业安全中现行的法律法规及政策,分析了现行法律法规及政策下我国煤炭产业安全存在的问题,并指出我国政府在煤炭产业安全中应强化的责任,旨在促进我国煤炭产业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the connotation and importance of the coal industrial security from the angle of industrial security,summarizes the present laws,regulations and policies in the coal industry security,and points out the existent problems of coal industrial security in our country under the present laws,regulations and policies.At last,it proposes responsibilities which should be strengthened by our government so as to provide the guidance for the healthy development of our country’s coal industry. |
