摘    要:分析国内外重大危险源辨识标准与法规的研究现状;指出目前存在的主要问题;以500起典型危险化学品事故为基础,从引发事故的危险化学品危险性类别、危险物质名称等方面出发,提出修订重大危险源辨识标准的几点建议;并探讨了重大危险源辨识标准进一步完善的思路和方法。研究的成果为进一步开展全国重大危险源普查工作和重大危险源辨识标准的修订提供了有效途径和理论依据。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the current situation of legislation and criteria for major hazard installation identification at home and abroad, and points out the main problems it faces presently. Based on 500 typical accidents caused by dangerous chemicals, several proposals for the revision of criteria for major hazard installation identification are put forward from the aspects of the classification of dangerous chemicals and their names. Some thinking thread and methods for the perfection of these criteria are discussed. All those achievements obtained will provide an effective way and theoretical basis for further investigation of major hazard installation and the revision of criteria for major hazard installation identification in China.
