摘    要:以活性组分氧化铜、氧化锰为基础,加入活性组分稀土氧化物,研究对甲苯催化燃烧性能影响。研究结果表明,在所选稀土氧化物中,加入氧化铈时甲苯的起燃温度和完全燃烧温度最低;在一定的负载量下,Cu:Mn:Ce摩尔比为1:2:0.7时,制备的CuMnCe/ZrO2整体催化剂甲苯完全燃烧温度最低;催化剂合理的焙烧温度为500℃,此时甲苯的起燃温度约200℃,完全燃烧温度为220℃;催化剂合理的焙烧时间为3 h。

Abstract:The influence of rare earth oxides on the activity of a catalyst, which was based on copper oxide and manganese oxide in this study, was investigated. The results showed that the addition of cerium oxide contributed the most among the rare earth oxides to the improvement of the catalytic performance during toluene combustion. When the molar ratio of Cu:Mn:Ce was 1:2:0.7, the complete combustion temperature was the lowest for the CuMnCe/ZrO2 catalyst. The optimum calcination conditions were 500℃ for 3 h. At that time, the initial and complete combustion temperatures were approximately 200℃ and 220℃, respectively.
