电除尘器上下游烟道流场分析及优化设计

摘    要:均匀的流量分配和均匀的入口截面速度分布是提高电除尘器除尘效率的重要因素。以300 MW燃煤电厂2室4场电除尘器为对象,利用数值模拟手段对电除尘器上下游烟道及电除尘本体内的流场分布情况进行仿真计算,获取了局部流场特性,识别了原有入口段结构的问题所在,并提出局部弧形烟道、烟道导流板和气流分布板的系统优化方案。经仿真结果对比,优化方案降低了局部阻力,明显改善了2室流量分配不均程度,流量偏差由±18.83%减小至±2.01%,且左右侧电除尘主体入口速度均方根值均小于0.25,满足了行业标准要求。

Abstract:The uniform flux distribution in the pipeline and the uniform gas-flow distribution in the inlet section of the electric field are the main factors which can improve the dust collection efficiency of an electrostatic precipitator. In order to obtain local flow characteristics and to determine any problems with the original structure, the flue gas distributions in the upstream and downstream gas duct of an electrostatic precipitator used in a 300 MW power plant were simulated numerically by CFD. By altering a given structure in the gas duct of an electrostatic precipitator, such as the local curved flue duct, diversion board, or the air distribution plate, the relative difference in the gas flux in different pipelines could be decreased from ±18.83% to ±2.01%. In this case, the root mean square values of the gas velocity distribution in the inlet section were less than 0.25.
