原位生产芬顿试剂处理石油采出水

摘    要:为了降低石油采出水毒性,提高其可生化性,对阴极电芬顿反应器通过电极即时产生芬顿试剂处理石油采出水进行了研究。通过实验研究分析各因素对电芬顿体系原位生产芬顿试剂效果的影响。结果表明,阴极电芬顿法处理石油采出水的体系中,在反应条件为Fe2+投加量1 mmol·L-1,pH值3,电解质浓度5 g·L-1,曝气强度1 L·min-1时,阴阳两极原位生产芬顿试剂的效果最好,此时阳极自产Fe2+的浓度为46.2 mg·L-1,阴极自产H2O2的浓度为6.02 mg·L-1,此时对石油采出水COD的去除率达到78.4%,油脂的去除率达到89.6%。

Abstract:This study investigated treating oil-produced water with a cathode Fenton reactor,instantaneously produced by the Fenton reagent,in order to reduce toxicity and improve biodegradability.The influence of various factors on the electricity,produced in situ by the Fenton system,was analyzed.As regards the system of cathode electric Fenton reaction for treating oil produced water,when the concentration of Fe2+ was 1 mmol·L-1,the pH was 3,the concentration of electrolyte was 5 g·L-1,and the aeration intensity was 1 L·min-1,the effect of the Fenton reagent,instantaneously produced from the cathode and anode,was the best.The optimum concentration of the anode-produced Fe2+ was 46.21 mg·L-1,whereas the optimum concentration of the cathode-produced H2O2 was 6.02 mg·L-1.Under this condition,the removal rate for COD was 78.4%,whereas that for oil was 89.6%.This experiment indicated that the treatment of oil-produced water with the electric Fenton method was successful.The pH,the concentration of Fe2+,the electrolyte,and the aeration intensity significantly influenced the treatment efficiency of the electric Fenton process.
