银氮共掺杂二氧化钛的制备及其抗菌性能

摘    要:采用溶胶凝胶-水热反应法,以金属银元素和非金属氮元素掺杂改性二氧化钛,制备出银氮共掺杂二氧化钛光催化剂,利用XRD、SEM、TEM和IR等测试技术对Ag-N-TiO2的晶型结构、形貌结构、元素组成等进行表征。结果表明,采用溶胶凝胶-水热反应法所制备的Ag-N-TiO2具有晶型好、结晶度高、粒径小(11.32 nm)、分布均匀等优点。以大肠埃希氏菌为目标细菌,考察Ag-N-TiO2可见光光催化和避光条件下抗菌性能。结果表明,Ag-N-TiO2在可见光和避光条件下都具有良好的抗菌效果, 对大肠埃希氏菌的抑菌圈直径分别达到了15.2 mm和14.7 mm,SEM形态表征显示,添加催化剂的细菌细胞表面出现凹陷、皱褶或孔洞,同时鞭毛消失,表明所制催化剂具有良好的抗菌效果。

Abstract:An Ag-N-codoped TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by a new sol-gel hydrothermal method and its morphology,structure and elemental composition were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and infrared spectroscopy(IR).Meanwhile,the antibacterial activity on Escherichia coli of Ag-N-TiO2 was also studied.The synthesized Ag-N-TiO2 photocatalyst displayed good crystal structure with high crystallinity,uniform dispersion and nano-order-scale size(diameter was about 11.32 nm).Furthermore,it showed high antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli,with an average diameter of the antibacterial halo of 15.2 mm and 14.7 mm in visible light and dark conditions,respectively.SEM images revealed that the surface of bacterial cells became sunken,corrugated,and perforated,and that the flagella were lost.Therefore,the Ag-N-TiO2 photocatalyst has the potential for use in the disinfection of drinking water.
