摘    要:利用栓菌(Trametes sp.LS-10C)漆酶在单酶和漆酶-介体体系2种情况下对3种直接类偶氮染料进行脱色。结果表明,在给酶量为10 U·mL-1、染料浓度为100 mg·mL-1条件下反应24 h后,直接蓝86在非介体体系中脱色率达到71.2%,其最适脱色温度和pH范围分别为45~60℃和3.5~5.0;直接橙26在介体体系(10 μmol·L-1 ABTS)中脱色率达到78.7%,其最适脱色温度和pH范围分别为35~45℃和4.5~6.5;直接红31在介体体系(10 μmol·L-1 ABTS)中脱色率达到90.7%,其最适脱色温度和pH范围分别为35~45℃和3.5~5.0。

Abstract:Laccase from Trametes sp.LS-10C was used for decolorization of three kinds of direct azo dyes in both single enzyme (non-mediator) and enzyme-mediator systems.The results showed that for 10 U·mL-1 enzyme,the dye concentration was 100 mg·mL-1.After 24 h incubation,the decolorization rate of Direct Blue 86 in a non-mediator system reached 71.2%,with optimum decolorization temperature and pH of 45 to 60℃ and 3.5 to 5.0,respectively.Similarly,the decolorization rate of Direct Orange 26 in a mediator system (10 μmol·L-1 ABTS) reached 78.7%,with optimum decolorization temperature and pH of 35 to 45℃ and 4.5 to 6.5,respectively,and the decolorization rate of Direct Red 31 in a mediator system (10 μmol·L-1 ABTS) reached 90.7%,with optimum decolorization temperature and pH of 35 to 45℃ and 3.5 to 5.0,respectively.
