摘    要:从铅锌矿的污泥中筛选出4株能高效降解松醇油的优势菌,经鉴定均为铜绿假单胞菌。研究了4株菌的生理生化特征、挂膜能力及对松醇油(俗称2#油)的降解能力。结果表明,上述4株菌单独挂膜能力最佳的菌株为JS19;混合菌挂膜能力优于单株菌,菌膜致密,菌体含量大。进水COD约250 mg·L-1,混合菌处理组的废水在4 d后出水COD降低到42 mg·L-1;对COD高达480 mg·L-1的含松醇油废水,菌膜处理废水在7 d后逐步稳定,出水COD低于40 mg·L-1,这表明混合菌膜挂膜稳定,抗负荷冲击能力强,更适用于工业废水的处理。

Abstract:Four strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, JS17,JS18,JS19 and JS191,capable of high degradation of pine oil,were isolated from the sludge of Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine in Guangdong Province.Physiological and biochemical characteristics,biofilm-formation,and the ability to degrade pine oil(commonly known as 2#oil) were investigated.Of the four strains,JS19 had the highest ability to form biofilms.However,mixed strains were more capable of biofilm formation than single strains,as these biofilms were dense and complex.The effluent COD reached 42 mg·L-1 in wastewater in mixed bacteria treatment groups after 4 days when influent COD was about 250 mg·L-1.The biofilm became stable after 7 days,at which time the effluent COD was less than 40 mg·L-1 in wastewater and influent COD was about 480 mg·L-1.These results indicate that biofilms formed by mixed strains were more stable and more competent for the shock load than single strains and hence were more suitable for the treatment of industrial wastewater.
