| 摘 要： | 对生活污水中COD监测分析时，最关键的控制因素是提取的水样要具有代表性，即取样前应充分摇匀水样后立即取水样不少于50ml，因水样中存在悬浮物，还应对移液管的细孔口径适当加大，并修正刻度，在保证水样有充分代表性的前提下调整重铬酸钾的加入量和滴定液浓度来满足特殊水质样品的要求。

| Abstract: | The most important control factor is to get the typical water sample when monitoring COD in domestic wastewater. The controlling way is to pick up no less than 50ml water sample at once after shaking the sample well, it is necessary to expand the orifice and revise the scale of volumetric pipet because of existing SS sometimes, at the same time, to adjust the adding volume of potassium dichromate to meet the requirements of special water sample. |
