| 摘 要： | 现代的安全管理采用系统的观点和系统工程的方法去处理企业的安全问题.对石油化工企业的安全性进行综合评价分析和相应的控制,建立可靠的安全保证体系,从思想、组织、工作、监督等方面保证体系的运行,并对体系的运行情况进行评价,不断完善安全保证体系.

| Abstract: | Safety problems are treated with systematic view and systematical engineering method in modern safety management. It is important that comprehensive assessment analyses and appreciated control should be carried out, effective safety control system should be developed and the implement should be emphasizes in all of the aspects of idea, organization, work, and inspection. And the review for the performance of the system must be taken to improve the system constantly. |
